What actually matters here
- Speed matters more than in most document types. A candidate can be deciding between two offers right now — getting a clean, signable offer letter out same-day is a real advantage.
- Volume varies a lot with hiring pace. A hiring freeze followed by a hiring push shouldn't change the tool's monthly bill.
- Different documents at different stages. An offer letter, a fuller employment agreement, and an employee confidentiality agreement usually aren't the same document — HR needs more than one starting point.

Worth knowing before you switch
DocuAgree doesn't have an applicant tracking system, onboarding checklists, or HRIS integration — it's a document and signing tool, not an HR platform. If offer letters and agreements need to flow into a broader HR system automatically, this covers only the document half of that. There's also no multi-user team login yet, so if more than one person on the HR team needs their own separate account, that's a real gap today.
