About
DocuAgree exists because sending a proposal and getting it signed shouldn't require per-seat pricing, an annual contract, or a sales call to find out what it costs. It's one product, built around a small number of decisions we've tried to be specific and honest about rather than treat as marketing copy.
What we actually believe
- Price should match how the product is used. Most people sending agreements for e-signature are one person or a small team, not a large sales org — so DocuAgree prices per account, flat, instead of per seat. See why we price this way.
- A slow month shouldn't force a hard choice. You can pause your subscription instead of canceling — billing stops, nothing is deleted.
- Compliance mechanics should be automatic, not an add-on. Consent disclosure, server-side attribution, and a document hash are built into every signature by default — not gated behind a higher tier. See our Security & Compliance page for the specifics.
- A limitation should be stated, not hidden. Every comparison and product page on this site says plainly what DocuAgree doesn't do yet, alongside what it does — see, for instance, why our own Terms of Service don't include an arbitration clause yet.
Where things stand
DocuAgree is a focused, single product — e-signature and document building, not a broader sales or workflow platform. It's still early: no multi-user team accounts, no public API, no bulk send, no third-party security certification. Where a gap like that would matter to you, we'd rather you know before signing up than find out after.
