DocuAgree for Small Businesses

A small business usually needs two different documents, not one: something more formal for pitching a real piece of work, and something short for a smaller job that doesn't justify a full contract. DocuAgree covers both starting points at a flat $9/month.

What actually matters here

Two starter templates, for two different jobs

General Business Proposal — for pitching a defined piece of work where the other side needs to see scope and price together before saying yes. Includes: overview of the engagement, scope of work, timeline and milestones, investment (pricing and payment schedule), terms, governing law, and signature blocks. See the full template details →

Simple One-Page Service Agreement — for a single, well-defined service where a full proposal would be overkill. Includes: services description, fee and payment, term, independent contractor status, limitation of liability, governing law, and signature blocks. See the full template details →

Why the pricing actually fits

$9/month, one plan, no seat tiers — the same price whether you're sending a detailed proposal or a quick one-pager, and whether business is busy or slow that month. Your first 3 documents are free with no card required. If things go quiet, pausing stops billing without touching your documents, rather than forcing a cancel-and-lose-everything choice.

Worth knowing before you switch

If more than one person at the business needs their own separate login, that's not supported today — DocuAgree is built around one account, one operator. There's also no CRM integration or bulk-send feature if the business is running enough deal volume to need either. For a business where one or two people handle sending directly, neither usually matters yet.

Every word is editable before you send — these are starting points, not final drafts.
