- Cancellation terms are the most-argued-over clause. Events get postponed or cancelled more often than most other engagements, and what happens to the deposit needs to be explicit, not assumed.

- Volume varies by season. A busy wedding season followed by a quiet winter shouldn't change what the tool costs.
